CodeObserver is a CLI tool plus a dashboard to measure codebase metrics over time.

The server tool can be installed

• as a Docker image (recommended for CI integration)
• as a standalone desktop application (could be used for CI integration on self-hosted runners)

After installation, there are several ways to use the tool. See Usage.
